Exchange Policy

We offer product replacements if there is an issue with size or any kind of manufacturing defect.

  1. In case of size issues, the customer can raise a exchange request to the customer care mail id at sales@goecosafe.com or 8870028676 within 3 days of receiving the product. Note: Only one time can be exchange at free of cost the second time 350/- charge is applicable.
  2. Customers need to mandatorily share a few images and unboxing video of the received product before initiating the reverse pickup.
  3. The product which is being returned needs to be intact with no damage to the product or the box packaging of the same.
  4. All accessories, freebies also must be returned in their original condition.
  5. The security seal should not be broken, if it is broken we cannot do refund or exchange.
  6. Only size exchange will be possible. We do not allow color or style replacements.

The stock for the desired size will be blocked only after the original product is picked up from the customer’s location. In the meanwhile, if the desired product runs out of stock, we will refund the money.

If coupon codes are used and the amount is to be refunded, the coupon code value will not be refunded or the code will not be reinstated.

All orders that are approved for exchange will be picked up from the original address provided at the time of Delivery. No change of address can be accommodated during the pick-up of products.

In the case of a damaged product received due to any uncertain circumstances we would request for an unboxing video of the product to be shared mandatorily without we cannot process a exchange/return and also note the security seal should not be broken.

You are requested to share a Video of the parcel in the state it was received and explicitly captures the complete process of unboxing with the product and original tags intact, also, highlighting the nature of the issue.
