We want you to be satisfied with your safety footwear. This template sets out our return and refund process — please tailor it to your business.

Returns

Unworn shoes in their original box may be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, footwear that has been worn outdoors or on-site cannot be returned once used.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.
